If for some reason, you need to make a return. Make sure you haven’t used it! Please contact us before sending it back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns.
Refunds
I want you to be completely happy with your order. If for some reason, you aren’t. Don’t worry! I will move mountains to fix it for you OR I will give you a refund. You must send the item back to receive a refund.
Exchanges
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong item and it doesn’t have personalized text, no worries—I can exchange it for you! Unfortunately, personalized orders are non-exchangeable, so double-check those custom details before while your order. If you forget to add your note, no worries—I’ll email you an order recap to confirm your flag details. Sometimes, I’m a bonehead and will mess up! (It happens) If it happens to your order, don’t worry I’ll remake it.
